Think of it as a property manager, but for your boat. Let me handle the tedious ins and outs of the maintenance, upkeep, and all the other headaches of owning a boat, so you can just enjoy your time in the Keys and on the water.​​​ Servicing anywhere from Marathon to Ocean Reef.
$550/mo management packages include

Weekly visits to assess the vessel and to conduct systems and engine checks. Whether you're in town or out I will stop over and give the boat a good checkup to make sure everything is looking right.

Coordination of exterior upkeep and details.

Coordination of all maintenance.

Troubleshooting of any issues that may arise and organizing/managing the solution.

Fully customizable storm plans and execution​.

Outfitting and training, if needed.

Moving, transferring and delivery.

Trip planning and logistics.​
All of the above and whatever else may be needed, up to 8 hours per month, after that an hourly rate of $80 applies.​

experience
I have 21 years of professional full-time work experience on vessels ranging from 16' to 165'. With 10 years on private yachts as Captain and 15+ years of boat ownership and private vessel management in the Florida Keys.
I've overseen everything from a full refit of a 1969 72' Burger Yacht, the delivery of a 97' Broward from Palm Beach to Chicago via the Great Loop, the management of multiple yachts for Sunseeker, many annual yard maintenance periods for vessels of all sizes, major overhauls, outfitting and training for new boats and owners, and new build projects, among other things.
